The classes will focus on creative movement, light stretching and, above all else, allow students to express themselves in a non-judgmental environment. Parents, caregivers and siblings are welcome to join the fun at no additional charge, or can relax outside of the classroom. Behavior therapists will be on hand to assist the class. Fidget toys, noise canceling headphones, stress balls, and bean bag chairs will be provided to help ensure the class is welcoming and comfortable for all students.

No previous dance experience required! All ages are welcome and we foster a "sorry free" zone where everyone is accepted just the way they are. Classes are 45 minutes in length, and are divided into three recommended age groupings. Please attend the class you feel best fits you or your loved one. This class is recommended for youth and teens ages 11-17 years old.
